Self Catering in Aviemore - Tariff

All prices include: Central heating, colour TV, coal, kindling, water, linen, towels and tea towels. Electricity used during a letting is charged at a rate of 8p per unit. (The meter is read on arrival and again on departure).

Weekly prices for 2007 (in Pounds Sterling): No more than five people can be accepted, unless specifically agreed with the owner.

With the exception of the Christmas and New Year bookings, it is preferable that weekly bookings start on Saturdays. However, we are extremely flexible and often accept part week and weekend bookings as well. The prices are calculated on a pro rata basis for such bookings. Please note that early booking discount may be available.

Parking: Off-road parking is available in front of the cottage itself.

To book:  A deposit of one quarter of the total rent due is required to secure your booking. For bookings within 6 weeks of your stay, please forward 100% of the booking charge. To avoid any confusion please call to confirm our receipt of your deposit and booking form. Following confirmation of your booking, the final balance payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date (see terms and conditions of let below).

We regret that we can only accept cash, cheques or electronic bank transfers. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
